Post-modern grotesk - RH Inter? (Tower House)

Can someone identify this typeface? This looks to me like a bold version of Robert Huber's RH Inter. AFAIK, RH Inter is not currently released while Robert is working on various weight extensions. Is there a current source to license RH Inter or is this something else?

The image is from a brandbook for Tower House, an upscale development in the UK, I believe.
