I'm trying to identify this typeface used on an album cover for the singer Caroline Polachek

Has anyone got any idea what the name of this typeface is, it has a touch on the Celtic Uncials blended with something very Art Nouveau. I believe it was used this year 2019.

I was going to call it digital lettering, then I saw it is used extensively, in uppercase and lowercase, for her visual identity.

I still don't know if it's completely custom or from a very small foundry. In any case, the "normal looking" letters (especially in the lowercase) seem to have been just lifted from something like Times.

Riccardo thanks for the information.

According to the fans, it is custom by (or, at least, art directed by) Timothy Luke.

I wrote an email to Timothy and here is his response "
