This is the book cover to the 1978 version of said name by author John Irving, a writer is doing a tribute to the book and needs a digital version to use in his paper, I got the book cover that he requested needing to find off of ebay at this url: https://www.ebay.com/itm/John-Irving-THE-WORLD-ACCORDING-TO-GARP-Book-Club-Edition/362833894056?_trkparms=aid%3D555018%26algo%3DPL.SIM%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D40719%26meid%3D30fb6706a45042aebe24a8b83a69b6e4%26pid%3D100012%26rk%3D5%26rkt%3D12%26sd%3D283676950759%26itm%3D362833894056%26pmt%3D1%26noa%3D0%26pg%3D2047675&_trksid=p2047675.c100012.m1985

If you look closely at the |r|s, they are all slightly different. This appears to be lettering, not a typeface.

Agreed the bowl's of the 'd' are different as well as the 'o's. I still reckon it could be the work of Arthur Baker, he was an excellent calligrapher. Beautiful work though by an obvious master.
