I found the Ruach font but it has a brush effect

I’m not finding anything closer than Ruach myself. Keep in mind that reproducing a brushed font like Ruach via silkscreen or embroidery on fabric is not going to render as faithfull a letter form the way traditional printing might—some simplification is a given due to the process. I think you’ve found your typeface.
