Font idendification help (strength tattoo)

Hi, I am trying to identify this font but whatthefont.com doesn't read it. Any ideas folks?

The word "strength" is based on the font Mistral (available on myfonts.com) although it has been hand-drawn. The balance of the design is all art.

The tool I used is my memory. I have been in the printing and typesetting sector for almost fifty years. Mistral is an old metal font, very familiar to me.
