Copperplate?

This looks a lot like Copperplate Gothic, but the serifs are not as defined/sharp. Does anyone know what this font is? It's from a 1940's brochure.

On a brochure, so who produced the brochure? Is there any identifying brand on it? I don't think it is Copperplate because it's too monospaced. In fact, my first impression of it is a rubber stamp.
