Claire Bibio Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 This topic was imported from the Typophile platform Hello dear Typophiles. I got my hands on the 1999th edition of A Short History of the Printed Word and kind of like it, however it appears to be very pricy on Amazon. Before buying it I would like to hear your opinions. Is it worth buying or there are better books on the same topic of printing. THANKS!
oldnick Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 If you don't mind used books, this resource is invaluable... http://www.alibris.com/booksearch?keyword=%22short+history+of+the+printe...
Té Rowan Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Wow... that must be the most re-edited book, like, ever!
