anybody knows where I can buy Blackletter: Type and National Identity By Paul Shaw online for ebook?

Is there an e-book version? I sort of doubt it. It's an exhibition catalogue, and may never have been sold except in conjunction with the exhibition. Though it seems to be available on Amazon.
