danatrisd Posted October 30, 2002 Posted October 30, 2002 This topic was imported from the Typophile platform I'm looking for a typeface to use for listing catalog numbers. The catalog numbers have both numbers and letters in them, and the client would like to use a face that has a slashed zero, to differentiate from the letter "O." Does anyone have any suggestions?

Joe Pemberton Posted October 30, 2002 Posted October 30, 2002 Some common Mac system fonts do: Chicago, Andale Mono, Monaco, VT100 Andale Mono is kind of nice, with a dot in the center, not a full slash.
johnbutler Posted October 30, 2002 Posted October 30, 2002 Also the excellent bitmap font Python-Sans, which I believe is part of the MacPython distribution. Still one of my favorites.
danatrisd Posted October 31, 2002 Author Posted October 31, 2002 Would I have to install MacPythin to get access to Python-Sans? Or can I find this excellent bitmap font elsewhere?
