Has Block Condensed by Berthold Type Foundry fallen into the public domain? I have found numerous fonts that look just like it if not clones:
Gothic 821, Platz Condensed, Wood Heinz No 2, HWT Artz, and Early Man (a definite copy-clone).

The original design, yes. It’s more than 100 years old.
