The font appears written under the Japanese name of the song (彗星列車のベルが鳴る)

I am sorry about the resolution

I have tried several websites but my problem is that it is probably just a very common font with italics, so the website searches for fonts with slant built in instead of checking the italic form. I have no idea how to search for a font which I already know is italic. If someone knows then I would be grateful. The most distinctive features about the italic is the shape of the y, the forward flourish on the b, and the single storey g.

I want to be clear I want the Latin font not the CJK font.

Here is a full size version, I have identified the Japanese font as probably being Hannari Mincho with some of the top strokes on the boxes opened, the tail added, and the dakuten replaced with stars.maxresdefault.jpg
