Identifying two fonts from a client's Fishing Tournament Logo

The company is Texas Playboys, Inc. I'm trying to identify the two fonts for their Hooked on AG Fishing Tournament logo. They only provided a low-res png that needs to be vectored for a weeded sticker. I'm looking for the two fonts used in "Hooked on AG" and "-2023- Fishing Tournament".
