The more elaborate 'Q' is typically seen in the italic versions within this family. It's important to note that a digital typeface may not be an exact replica of what's printed in the physical book, given the nuances and variations in type design. The closest match I've found for the name is Garamond Elegant FS. For the title, Minion Medium seems to be a close approximation, although the 'S' doesn't perfectly align with the scanned version. The body text in the rest of the book might require yet another typeface for a closer match.

Thank you - yes I was hoping there is a Garamond somewhere that has such an elegant and lively softness to it. Garamond Oldstyle FS bold is very close to the title, and Garamond Elegant FS very close to the author! Too bad there is no bold for that one!
