Looking for a font used on an apartment complex website (Easley Apparments)

Looking for the font used on this apartment complex's website:

I have been looking for a tall, condensed font such as this and I like the look of it but can't seem to find this exact font. 

I am hoping this is a free font. If not, free similar alternatives would be great as well!
