where to obtain Clarendon outlined font versions

I'm looking for Clarendon Bold font but outlined version.  Does anyone know where I would find it please or how to go about making one.

Normally, that’s just styling you apply while using a font. How that is done depends on the design app you use.

You have an outline version of Clarendon in the Dover 24 Outline Display Fonts CD-ROM. They call it Clarendon Outline-Regular but it looks more a Bold one to me:
