Font search based on classification

I need a Serif font from each of these. Humanist, Transitional, and Modern Roman

I need a San Serif font from each of these. Humanist San Serif, Transitional San Serif, Geometric San Serif. 

I need help with to pick a font that best shows how each of these evolved. Humanist to transitional to modern roman and the same with san serif. I want to be able to compare them. thanks.

I think your idea of type evolution (and classification) is a bit over-simplistic.
