I am trying to figure out what font was used on several album covers by The Quireboys.

I am wondering if anyone can help, as I have been trying to ages and cannot figure out what font was used on The London Quireboys album, the same font was used on several more album covers by the band. It is also being used at present, on their Facebook image. I would like to find out what it is, as I have promised to make up a present for the band and I want it to look good. All help is appreciated. I am looking for the main font, the one for the name that has stars in it.

Sorry, but I'm fairly certain that the band's logo is hand lettered, not typeset (not finding a match).

 

There is a fairly large, transparent PNG of the logo on this page—you may be able to leverage it for what you want to do.

Thank you ever so much sweetheart, that is so kind of you to go to so much trouble to help me. I really do appreciate it and it explains why I was going slightly mad looking for it.
