Looking for the real origins of pirated font called OPTI Valley Forge Compressed

Hello today I was looking for the font used for the game packing for The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures, when I came across a font that looked it was it called "OPTI Valley Forge Compressed"

 

But I learned the Castcraft Software Inc / opti was one of those font piratng companies. So now I need your help in looking for real name and origins of "OPTI Valley Forge Compressed". help is very much appreciated

 

Edit: found the original font, its called Richmond Old Style by Blackfriars Type Foundry
