This is a font for the Finnish band Twist and Twang  who perform on board cruise ships.

Then please provide this type of information right away. Don’t make us ask for it every time. 

The font used is a version of Segoe, a Microsoft system font or any of the non-latin system fonts (Leelawadee, Nirmala …) that use the same letters for the Latin character set.
