  • Typometer | Definition and Translations

    A typometer (also line gauge, compositor’s rule or type scale) is a ruler to measure typographic units. It can also have additional scales for other units such as millimeters.

     

    French: Typomètre
    German: Typometer, Typomaß
    Italian: Tipometro
    Polish: linijka typograficzna
    Portuguese: Tipômetro
    Spanish: Tipómetro
